As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Brand Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on growth marketing and social media strategy to join our in-house marketing team.

About the Role

This is a high-impact, hands-on role designed for a strategic and creative marketer who thrives at the intersection of digital performance, storytelling and creativity. You'll work across the entire marketing funnel, helping to drive brand awareness, lead generation, engagement, retention, and community growth across multiple healthcare staffing brands.

You'll collaborate closely with other members of the Marketing team, Strategy Team and brand leads to craft, deliver, and optimise digital growth strategies, social media content, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and optimise full-funnel growth marketing experiments for new and existing brands
• Assist and improve performance across paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
• Develop and assist with end-to-end social media strategies for Affinity's brand portfolio
• Create platform-appropriate content in collaboration with the marketing team (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube and help launch TikTok)
• Build and refine email, SMS, and CRM automation flows to improve retention and reactivation
• Collaborate on SEO/content strategies to improve organic acquisition
• Leverage data and analytics tools to report, analyse, and uncover insights in our feedback processes
• Monitor and engage with communities across platforms, aligned with brand tone
• Identify trends and experiment with formats to grow reach and stand out in a competitive market
• Assist with campaign development and social-first storytelling across broader initiatives
• Assist with internal branding strategies, communication & projects

What You Bring

• 5+ years' experience in a digital marketing, growth marketing, or content/social-focused role
• Proven success running performance campaigns and growth experiments
• A strong creative portfolio showcasing standout social media campaigns and content including video content production/editing.
• Excellent written, visual and video communication skills tailored to each platform
• Confidence managing multiple brands, campaigns, and audience segments
• Strong knowledge of analytics, performance tracking, and marketing automation tools
• Collaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to move quickly, adapt, and bring new ideas to life
