Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare journal entries including recurring and allocation journal entries, ensuring adequate supporting documentation is collected
  • Conduct month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures
  • Responsible for quarterly balance sheet analysis, P&L fluctuation analysis, and monthly expense variance analysis
  • Accountable for consolidation, inter-company transactions, and reconciliations, including foreign currency accounting
  • Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP, IFRS, local accounting policies from government, and compliance to internal policies
  • Manage fixed assets and balance sheet counts reconciliation
  • Update and maintain financial reporting on a regular basis
  • Report data input to the group financial system on a regular basis
  • Follow the group's monthly reporting timelines and monthly closing procedures
  • Prepare internal financial statements and domestic reports, accurately reporting to senior management
  • Provide various statements and relevant auditing data for the accounting firm's audit work
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in full-set accounts
  • Familiarity with either one of these accounting software: SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics or other similar software
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
