Senior Accounting Professional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial advice and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Development: Build strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Financial Advisory: Deliver expert financial advice aligned with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Leadership and People Management: Provide guidance and support to team members, while also developing your own leadership skills.
  • Technical and Legislative: Stay up-to-date with the latest technical skills and legislative knowledge to ensure compliance.
  • Workflow and Financial Management: Plan and manage team workflow, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Problem-Solving and Prioritisation: Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and colleagues.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced intermediate skills in Google Suite (Google Sheets) and Xero (including Add-Ons).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce or Finance.
  • CA/CPA qualified or progressing towards certification.
  • 3-5 years experience in a Senior Accountant role.
