Job Title: Team Leader

About This Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic team leader to join our sales team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in leading your team to deliver outstanding results in sales, customer service, and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and motivate your team to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered and collaborating with co-workers to provide excellent sales service.
  • Meet sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations.
  • Act as a partner between customers, sales associates, and store leadership.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing sales setting.
  • Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
  • Motivated to achieve great results due to enthusiasm from interacting with customers and athletic products.
  • Resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment.
