Senior Engineering Sales Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth through effective product promotion and tailored solutions for clients in the engineering sector.

The Role:
  • Visit client sites and offices to promote products, services, and spare parts
  • Engage with key stakeholders including planners, reliability engineers, execution teams, and procurement professionals
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities while strengthening existing relationships
  • Provide consultative solutions that address client challenges and deliver long-term value
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery of services and solutions
Your Background:
  • A strong technical background enabling translation of engineering knowledge into client-focused solutions
  • Experience in mining, heavy industry, or related sectors is highly valued
  • Proven success in sales, business development, or account management roles
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach
  • Proactive, solutions-driven, and comfortable working independently and in teams

This role requires a mid-senior level sales professional who can leverage technical expertise to drive business growth and develop strong client relationships.
