Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our golf cart and utility vehicle business in Victoria. The ideal candidate will possess excellent commercial skills, integrity, and a focus on customer success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy across our golf customers and commercial accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted industry advisor and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our presence in Victoria and Tasmania.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to close and follow-up to ensure seamless customer outcomes.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and fleet handovers to provide customers with a premium experience.
  • Provide market insights and competitor feedback to inform sales strategy and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in BDM or sales, ideally in fleet, automotive, or leisure industries.
  • A passion for the game and strong networks in golf, sporting, or recreation industries (desired but not essential).
  • A proactive and resourceful approach, with a hunger to win and find opportunities.
  • Confidence presenting to decision-makers, professionals, and buyers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A valid driver's license and flexibility to travel within Victoria and Tasmania as required.
