Sanctuary Lakes Golf Club are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and service-driven Casual or Part-Time Golf Operations Assistant to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work at one of Melbourne's premier championship courses and be part of a friendly, professional team committed to delivering an exceptional golfing experience.

About the Role:

This customer-facing role involves a variety of responsibilities to ensure our members and guests enjoy a seamless and welcoming experience. Duties include:

  • Greeting and assisting members and guests
  • Managing tee time bookings and check-ins
  • Golf cart preparation, cleaning, and maintenance
  • Assisting with the setup and coordination of competitions and events
  • Pro shop support, including retail and general enquiries
  • General upkeep of the golf operations area

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Interest in golf, training will be provided to the right applicant (knowledge of the game)
  • Experience with MiClub (preferred but not essential)
  • Reliable, flexible, and willing to work weekends
  • A positive, can-do attitude and professional presentation
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for golf or sporting environments (preferred but not essential)
  • RSA
