About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Concierge to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Perth. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our spa services meet the highest standards of luxury and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule spa services for individuals and groups using our advanced reservations system.
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, ensuring that they feel relaxed and at ease throughout their visit.
  • Thoroughly understand our spa menu and be able to promote and sell our services to guests.
  • Process guest payments for spa services and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in spa administration or a related field is highly desirable.
