Night Auditor - Crown Perth

- As a Night Auditor you will perform the end of day functions for the Front Office and account for daily activity by organising and verifying information, identifying and correcting discrepancies, posting accounts, running and distributing daily reports. Reporting to the Front Office Manager / Night Manager, you will deliver a quality customer service experience through check-in, check-out, foreign exchange, assisting with inquiries, clerical duties and concierge related services to guests and patrons.
- Essential Criteria:

- Ability to commit to a 7 day overnight rotating roster
- Hotel operations experience in a frontline role within a superior hotel
- Basic understanding of Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably OPERA)
- Strong customer service experience
- Preferred criteria:

- Hospitality or business-related qualification
