Located on the Elizabeth Quay waterfront, The Ritz-Carlton Spa offers a holistic wellness experience that combines natural beauty with crafted luxury day spa rituals. Our spa features four idyllic treatment rooms, including a couple's spa suite, and secluded wellness lounges with heated vitality pools & saunas.

We collaborate with national and international skincare brands LaGaia Unedited and Biologique Recherche to offer bespoke spa treatments and retail collections. Our team of dedicated professionals is passionate about creating memorable and extraordinary luxury experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule services for individuals and large groups using our spa/salon reservations software system.
  • Check in guests for appointments and provide general spa orientation to guests upon arrival.
  • Thoroughly understand our spa menu to promote and sell spa services.
  • Process guest payments for spa services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Experience in spa administration is desirable.
