About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lifestyle Consultant to join our team at Cerebral Palsy Alliance. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and aspirations, and develop tailored Lifestyles services to meet their requirements.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of client needs, with the ability to deliver personalized services. You will also have knowledge of Community Participation services, industry trends, and funding mechanisms.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Client Relations: Conduct consultations to understand and address client needs, develop customized service packages, and manage the intake and funding processes.
  • Business Development: Engage with potential clients to gather insights and feedback, helping to shape and evolve our programs and services.
  • Relationship Building & Networking: Build relationships with community organizations and referral sources to enhance our reach and better serve our clients' needs.

About You:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a focus on high client satisfaction.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services.
