About the Role

Cerebral Palsy Alliance is seeking a skilled Lifestyle Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will work closely with clients to create tailored lifestyle services that meet their unique needs and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relations: Conduct consultations to understand and address client needs, develop customized service packages, and manage the intake and funding processes.
  • Business Development: Engage with potential clients to gather insights and feedback, helping to shape and evolve our programs and services.
  • Relationship Building & Networking: Build relationships with community organizations and referral sources to enhance our reach and better serve our clients' needs.

About You:

  • Strong understanding of client needs with the ability to deliver personalized services.
  • Knowledgeable about community participation services, industry trends, and funding mechanisms.
  • Experienced in client engagement, acquisition, business growth, and financial management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a focus on high client satisfaction.
