Enrolled Nurse Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic Enrolled Nurse to join our Private Ward team at Mount Gambier Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to our patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse/Midwife.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver professional nursing care to patients in the Private Ward, adhering to regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Support the Registered Nurse/Midwife in implementing person-centred care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care, taking responsibility for your own actions and accountability in care provision.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the supervising nurse or midwife, ensuring timely interventions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements in nursing practice, maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
