Role Description

In this senior practitioner role, you will support the team manager in operational tasks, provide guidance and supervision, and promote service user independence.

  • Screen referrals, allocate cases and ensure high-quality records
  • Deputise as needed and lead the team with professionalism
  • Promote safeguarding practices and empower vulnerable individuals

The ideal candidate must hold Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, have a full UK driving license and a degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work.

This position requires post-qualified and Senior Practitioner experience. You will be responsible for promoting the well-being of service users and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide case management and screening services
  • Conduct assessments, make recommendations and implement solutions
  • Supervise and guide junior staff members

As a senior practitioner, you will work closely with the team manager to achieve organisational objectives and improve service delivery.
