Transport Project Administrator

As a seasoned project professional, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting transport projects and contribute to delivering world-class services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to project managers and renewal leads, ensuring the smooth development and update of projects.
Main Responsibilities- You will be responsible for completing financial updates, preparing reports, and scheduling meetings/workshops to ensure projects are progressing as planned.
- Your task will also include developing and maintaining project documentation and artefacts, including schedules, risk registers, and issue logs.
- In addition, you will need to follow up on queries, escalations, and outstanding items, providing excellent communication and organisational skills to resolve issues efficiently.
- To be successful in this role, you will require tertiary qualifications in IT or significant experience in a relevant field, ideally with at least 3 years of work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- An excellent command of Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project, is essential, along with strong written and verbal communication skills and organisational abilities.
