About the Role

This is a key position in our organization, requiring strong analytical skills, intelligence, and business acumen. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing strategic products providing valuable insights into fraud trends and investigation outcomes.
  • Delivering intelligence-rich information to support decision-making across investigation teams.
  • Identifying risks and opportunities for existing fraud control measures.
  • Developing timely intelligence assessments to assist in decision-making regarding fraud controls.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary level qualification in intelligence, data analytics, or justice studies, with proven experience in conducting research and analysis.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary level qualification in intelligence, data analytics, or justice studies.
  • Proven data intelligence and statistical analytical experience, including analysis of large data sets.
  • Demonstrable skills converting data analysis into sound business recommendations.
  • Strong experience in conducting research utilizing Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) tools.
  • Experience using SAS, PowerBI, and/or other analytics and visualization tools.
  • Well-developed understanding of legislative, regulatory, and compliance obligations.
