**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating project meetings, agendas and minutes
  • Maintaining project schedules, timelines and budgets
  • Preparing and distributing project reports and documents
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Liaising with contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in a project coordination role
  • Degree or diploma in Business, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Current unrestricted working rights for Australia
