Job Title: Network Customer Relations

The role of the Network Customer Relations Coordinator involves leading customer engagement and project coordination across the Northwest Interconnected System.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a one-stop shop customer service experience for network customers, including connection applications, contract amendments/enquiries/quotations/invoicing.
  • Manage network application processing and process connection applications in accordance with Horizon Power policies/procedures and the Pilbara Network Access Code.
  • Implement a customer works tracking system to monitor status of works.
  • Coordinate and track customer-funded works and projects, ensuring timely updates, progress visibility, customer invoicing and correspondence for network recoverable works.
Requirements
  • Significant customer service experience managing large enterprise customer portfolios, including managing customer correspondence/handling/applications/contracts/enquiries/quotations/invoicing.
  • Demonstrated experience in overseeing and managing customer interactions/maintaining high standards of communication, ensuring timely/professional responses.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple project management related activities.
  • Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is essential.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
