The Role

We are seeking a highly commercial and skilled individual to cultivate and manage robust commercial relationships with strategic wholesale customers. As a key member of our team, you will drive sales and margin targets across our esteemed portfolio of WWG brands while delivering unparalleled customer service. Your mission will be to identify and seize new business opportunities to expand our market presence, lead innovative brand and marketing initiatives, and spearhead the development of cutting-edge products and ranges.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement efficient territory plans and call cycles to maximize coverage and effectiveness.
  • Plan and execute customer growth strategies to increase sales and market share within the territory.
  • Achieve financial targets including sales, margin, share of wallet, share of shelf, and share of voice.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers and consumers at trade shows, conferences, and training sessions.
  • Provide comprehensive training on products and services to customers and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensure operational standards are met and maintained across all customer interactions and service delivery.
  • Represent the company professionally at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
