About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to drive our growth by identifying and cultivating relationships that align with our key performance indicators.
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key part in promoting and securing new business opportunities across our Registered Training Organisation, Labour Hire, and Group Training Divisions.
You will engage with clients to position Skill360 as their preferred choice for Cert 3 training in Cabinet Making and Carpentry for apprentices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and relationships with small, medium, and large Employers
- Implement business development strategies to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and agreed business targets
- Analyse and report on market performance, trends, and opportunities and propose strategies for improvement
- Report on New Business development opportunities and outcomes
- Vertical sales and business development activity across our Whole of Business portfolios

About You
- Proven experience in business development and sales
- Trade qualification or RTO, Labour Hire, GTO, or other related vocational education and training (VET) organisation knowledge and experience will be highly regarded
- Possession of, or ability to possess a Blue Card and national criminal history check with no disclosable outcomes
- Ability to proactively build and manage business relationships with current and prospective customers, business partners, and other stakeholders
