Automotive Service Advisor Opportunity

About the Role
  • Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Service Advisor to provide outstanding customer service, ensure accurate estimates, and maintain a high level of productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers, listen to their needs, and schedule appointments as required.
  • Explain services offered, including repair options and estimated costs.
  • Serve as liaison between customers and technicians to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships through proactive follow-up and issue resolution.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent customer service skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications.
