About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead client engagements and drive successful outcomes for our customers across various industries.

This role is based in Canberra, but we offer flexible working arrangements, including remote work options.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development with experience across multiple modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, or HRSD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client engagements and deliver process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis during workshops.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions that meet client needs.
  • Manage teams and drive collaboration to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development with successful delivery of multiple customer engagements.
  • Experience across multiple ServiceNow modules.
