Key Responsibilities

As a stewarding supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the food and beverage team.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  1. Supervising Staff to maximise productivity while maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout kitchens, cool rooms, and equipment.
  2. Training colleagues in quality and service standards, ensuring they have the necessary tools and equipment to perform their role.
  3. Maintaining excellent work standards, assisting with the efficient set up of functions, and ensuring overall cleanliness of our kitchens is of a high standard.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in a stewarding role.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene procedures and practices, occupational health & safety procedures, chemical usage and storage, and HACCP standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, proficient computer skills, and problem-solving expertise.
  • A valid Food Safety Certificate and full-time working rights.
