Job Description

SkyCity is now seeking an experienced Steward Shift Supervisor to join our team. The role involves supporting the F&B team by supervising the stewarding staff and overseeing daily functions to maximise productivity.

Key responsibilities include training colleagues in quality and service standards, ensuring they have the necessary tools and equipment to perform their role effectively.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene procedures and practices, occupational health & safety procedures, chemical usage and storage, and a working knowledge of HACCP standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a stewarding role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised with proficient computer skills
  • Natural problem-solving skills
  • Food Safety Certificate
