A leading events venue operates three iconic venues in Adelaide: the Convention Centre, Entertainment Centre, and Stadium.

The Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our Main Kitchen Department as an experienced stewarding manager. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Reporting on equipment variances and re-stocking requirements within the kitchen.
  • Ensuring all event requirements are met for cutlery, crockery, and glassware.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of food preparation and service areas.
  • Coaching, training, and mentoring staff towards optimal performance levels.
  • Assisting the Executive Chef in recruiting, training, and managing the stewarding team.

We're looking for a self-managed individual who has experience working in large, structured environments, such as hotels, function centers, or industrial facilities.
