Your Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries

  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, and manage cash handling duties
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
  • Participate in visual merchandising, product presentation, and stock management tasks
  • Meet sales and productivity targets, while ensuring excellent customer service
  • Support and promote company initiatives, products, and services

About You

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Basic mathematical skills, with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to lift up to 25kg, stand for long periods, and move quickly between areas of the store
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
