Vehicle Buying Coordinator Job Description

The role of Vehicle Buying Coordinator is a key position in our team. You will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing vehicles on behalf of the business, driving strong results and profitability.

This full-time role requires self-motivation and a talent for building genuine rapport with customers. You will work closely with internal valuers to assess vehicles and accurately maintain and manage all contract documentation related to vehicle purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Updating and managing customer relationship management (CRM) data daily.
  • Liaising with the logistics team.
