Vehicle Acquisitions Specialist

 

This is an exciting opportunity to join our high-performing Buying team as a Vehicle Acquisitions Specialist. You will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing vehicles on behalf of the business, driving strong results and profitability.

 

  • Staying updated on the current market and valuations of pre-owned vehicles.
  • Assessing vehicles in collaboration with internal valuers.
  • Accurately maintaining and managing all contract documentation related to vehicle purchases.
  • Updating and managing customer relationship management systems.
  • Liaising with logistics teams.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with external sources for buying and selling units.

 

Qualifications and Skills
  • Able to quickly build genuine rapport with customers.
  • Highly organized, able to manage day-to-day tasks independently while thriving in a team environment.
  • Motivated by performance metrics and enjoys working towards rewarding goals.
  • Strong verbal communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high commitment to success.
  • Possesses a valid driver's license and willing to undergo background checks.
