We are looking for a talented Automotive Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is perfect for a driven and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about the automotive industry. As an Automotive Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing pre-owned vehicles for resale, utilising your strong negotiating skills to achieve desired outcomes.

The role involves actioning and following up warm leads, conducting thorough vehicle inspections through online photos and videos, and providing exceptional customer service over the phone. You will work in a small team environment based out of our modern office, where you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections through online photos and videos
  • Provide exceptional customer service over the phone
  • Utilise your strong negotiating skills to achieve desired outcomes
Requirements:
  • Prior automotive experience highly desirable
  • Customer focused with a friendly and enthusiastic approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly driven and self motivated
  • Proven ability to achieve KPI's and sales targets within a fast paced environment
  • Fast learner with the ability to follow process and procedures
  • Valid Victorian Drivers Licence
  • Ability to complete a successful National Police Check
