We are seeking an additional receptionist to cover weekends and holidays/sick leave. This role involves working approximately 2-3 days per week on a rotating roster in our office hours of 9am - 5pm, 7 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintain a neat, clean and professional appearance at all times
  • Engage each guest as a unique individual and listen attentively to their requests
  • Answer the phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and prepare daily reports
  • Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guests needs are met daily
  • Responsible for balancing daily accounts
  • Listen to guests complaints or concerns and resolve their issue in a timely manner
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Articulate communication both in written and verbal forms
  • Previous experience in front office position is preferred
  • Qualification in hospitality services is preferred
  • Computer skills are essential
  • Knowledge of RMS or other hotel PMS systems is preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to enhance service standards throughout the operation
  • Time management skills are essential
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment by multi-tasking
  • Ability to work independently but communicate effectively with all other team members when they come on shift
  • Self-starter who can assess and complete tasks efficiently
