Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work on bold, impactful and commercially sound architectural projects that shape communities and redefine modern spaces.

The role involves designing and delivering innovative, functional and commercially viable architectural solutions that enhance communities and redefine modern living.

  • Manage projects from concept to completion.
  • Handle town planning, council approvals, technical drawings, material selection and construction oversight.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with architects, designers and engineers to ensure accurate documentation.

Beyond design, the role requires collaboration with clients to create sustainable and future-proof structures that align with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Detailed knowledge of architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, schedules and stair details at varying scales.
  • Ability to translate design concepts into technical documentation.
  • Strong survey interpretation and data gathering skills for documentation purposes.
