SaaS Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a Tech Sourcing Manager to contribute to the development and execution of our SaaS sourcing strategy, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure we maximize the value and impact from SaaS contract negotiations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and execution of our SaaS sourcing strategy
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure we maximize the value and impact from SaaS contract negotiations
- Proactively manage our 200+ SaaS subscriptions, ensuring advanced planning of renewals and overseeing requests for new and recurring SaaS subscriptions
- Continually find ways to streamline the SaaS purchasing process to provide a first-class experience for stakeholders
- Develop and execute detailed negotiation plans, delivering preferential pricing; commercial terms; legal terms; and service levels
- Experience in procurement, specifically software licensing, is essential
- Ability to lead multiple concurrent negotiations is crucial
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary
- Ability to balance operational/urgent elements with a longer-term strategic focus is key
