Procurement Specialist Position

This key role is integral to our Finance team, recognized for driving results and decisions as a trusted advisor.

Responsibilities include:

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years of strategic sourcing experience in software, hardware, and services, managing COGs and indirect spend in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in sourcing, negotiating, and delivering complex contracts, emphasizing technology-related purchases (SaaS, IT operations, HR, marketing, facilities, and finance) and consulting services, working with IT and business leaders, as well as supplier executives.
  • Ability to translate business cases for successful vendor relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills in financial and business matters, including commercial terms for strategic contracts.
  • Presentation skills in verbal, written, and presentation formats.
  • Teamwork-oriented individual with experience working globally, with partners, team members, and suppliers.
  • Expertise across the full lifecycle of strategic sourcing and corporate procurement activities, including sourcing strategies, RFP development & analysis, supplier selection, contract negotiations, contract preparation, and review & analysis.
  • Able to inspire change, handle conflict, bring together different perspectives, make decisions, and achieve objectives.
  • Familiarity with legal and technology-related contract terms and conditions, as well as procurement policies and tools.
