Job Overview

A SaaS Product specialist is sought to lead the growth and development of our software products.

About The Role:

This dynamic, hands-on position encompasses customer support, marketing, product testing, and expansion. As the central point of contact for our SaaS products, you will be responsible for conducting product demos, managing leads, onboarding new users, and providing ongoing chat and email support.

You will also create and manage content across digital channels, foster engagement through social media, and support performance marketing activities. Additionally, you will test and verify new product features before release, and supervise an intern as required.

About You:

We are seeking a motivated, curious, and outgoing individual who enjoys conversations and building connections. You should be comfortable juggling multiple priorities and learning as you go, with a willingness to take initiative, solve problems, and figure things out.

Experience in SaaS, digital marketing, or product support is beneficial but not necessary. What's essential is that you're confident using tech platforms and quick to pick things up.
