Procurement Specialist

This is a highly impactful role that plays a pivotal part in our organization's growth and success.

We are seeking an exceptional Procurement Specialist to lead the way in strategic sourcing, contract management, and vendor relationships. This individual will be instrumental in driving cost savings, improving operational efficiency, and fostering strong partnerships with external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiation and Contract Management:
  • • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with third-party vendors for SaaS and professional services within indirect spend categories.
  • • Administer the Contracts Repository and reporting within the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in negotiating IT and SaaS contracts within indirect procurement or strategic sourcing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
