About the Role:

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for overseeing project leadership throughout the entire project life cycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned projects, including scheduling, budget, quality, EHS, reporting, risk management, and communication.

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead and manage project teams, site resources, contractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Project Management or a related field.
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the hydro power industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
