Job Title: Strategic Marketing Leader

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing professional to join our team in Melbourne.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Streamline collaboration and communication across departments by developing efficient processes for effective and transparent communication between teams.
  • Support team members to develop stronger capabilities in line with their roles and responsibilities.
  • Mentor, guide and support team members to enhance their skills in PR, comms and marketing.
  • Work closely with the Head of CX to develop strategic plans, reports and business cases to support growth and defense of different lines of business.
  • Proactively balance internal and external communications needs to improve brand awareness and perception.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Experience with product management, project management principles and marketing agency expertise.
  • Tertiary qualification in communications, journalism, media, marketing or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience in PR and 2+ years copywriting for diverse audiences.
  • 2+ years omnichannel campaign experience and 1+ year event coordination or similar.
