Marketing Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and strategic Marketing Director to drive revenue, customer growth, and brand leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the marketing function, setting strategic direction and overseeing day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and execute seasonal and annual marketing strategies to drive revenue, customer growth, and brand leadership.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns, content, media, and advertising materials across all channels.
  • Identify and engage customer segments with targeted, data-driven communication strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, agencies, and wholesale partners to maximise marketing impact.
  • Champion customer insights and ensure marketing strategies enhance engagement and loyalty.
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team while managing resources effectively.
Requirements
  • A relevant marketing degree and at least 7 years' senior marketing experience, ideally in fashion or retail.
  • Strong knowledge of both traditional and emerging marketing channels, including digital, e-commerce, and print.
  • Proven leadership capability, project management, problem-solving, and creative thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in marketing software, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office.
