Leadership Role

This leadership opportunity combines dual responsibilities of team management and sales growth in a designated region. The role involves strategic planning, sales excellence, and employee engagement to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of customer service officers and warehouse members.
  • Manage site operations, manufacturing, and customer-specific testing work.
  • Drive employee engagement through data analysis, feedback, and action planning.
  • Built relationships with customers and stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Oversee safety objectives, including staff training and reporting.
  • Foster strong customer relationships by visiting sites to offer solutions and best practices.
To Be Successful
  • Prior sales experience, preferably in industrial supply or trade.
  • Ability to coach, lead, and have performance discussions to support team growth.
  • Sales experience with a focus on customer service and rapport building.
  • A valid driver's license is essential; forklift license preferred but not required.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and complete allocated tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a proactive approach.
  • Comprehensive computer experience, specifically Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
  • Strong time management skills with a solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Safety-minded individual who promotes a safe working environment.
  • Experience with industrial products such as lifting and rigging, trade products is advantageous but not necessary.
