Pilbara Toyotais a family-run business that started as a small dealership in Port Hedland over23 years ago.
Since then, we have expanded to4 locationsacross the Pilbara region, proudly selling top automotive brands such asToyota, Nissan, and Isuzu Ute.
With a dedicated team of over 200 local employees, we continue to serve our community and lead the market in automotive sales and services.
Supporting our dealerships is ourPerth Motor Bodies operation, which includes a pre-delivery workshop, fabrication workshop, paint shop, and corporate office, all working together to provide high-quality vehicle fit-outs and services.

Key Responsibilities:
As theUsed Car Sales Manager, your role will involve:
Managing and leading theUsed Vehicle Sales department
Sellingused vehiclesand driving sales performance
Gaining business from both new and existing customers
Achieving and exceedingKey Performance Indicators(KPIs)
Assisting customers throughout thevehicle selection and purchase process
Monitoringsales revenue,margins, andexpense performance
Understanding customer needs and decision-making processes to recommend the right vehicles
Providing top-levelcustomer serviceat every interaction
Keeping up to date with the latestvehicle knowledgeand product offerings
Advising customers within-depth knowledgeabout cost-benefit analysis of products
Ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships
What We're Looking For:
Previous dealership experience(preferably in vehicle sales management)
Provenmanagement experiencein a sales environment
Familiarity with dealership management systems such asRevolution/Tune(ideal but not essential)
Outstanding customer serviceandexceptional communication skills
The ability to achieve results and effectively profile customer needs
Vehicle Sales Licenceis desirable
Current valid driver's license
Experience in the retail automotive industryor a strong background in sales from any field
