Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic leader to drive sales growth and lead a local branch. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing site operations, leading customer service teams, and building relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Customer Service Officers and Warehouse team members
  • Effectively manage site pick and pack, local manufacturing, and customer specific testing work
  • Actively drive employee engagement and improvement using feedback, data analysis and action planning
  • Build engaging relationships with customers, internal and external stakeholders during every interaction
  • Manage and lead all safety objectives including training for staff and reporting to senior leaders
  • Achieve sales targets and trading margin contribution goals

To Be Successful:

  • Previous sales experience, particularly in industrial supply or trade
  • Ability to coach, lead and have performance discussions to support team growth & success
  • Sales experience with a strong focus on customer service and building rapport
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Comprehensive computer experience specifically Microsoft Suite (Excel and Word)
  • Strong time management skills with a solutions focused approach to problem solving
