Job Summary:

Manage a small team of professionals responsible for building collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing contract management capabilities, providing analytical reporting, driving continuous improvement initiatives, establishing and maintaining controls, compliance, and assurance processes, and supporting the implementation of contract management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement contract management strategies and procedures to ensure effective contract performance
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and other external partners
  • Provide analytical reporting and insights to inform business decisions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance contract management processes and outcomes
  • Establish and maintain controls, compliance, and assurance processes to ensure contract compliance and integrity
  • Support the implementation of contract management systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Senior Administrative Officer 1 level experience in contract management or a related field
  • Proven track record of managing contracts and building stakeholder relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to provide insightful reporting and recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Benefits:

  • Remuneration Package $151,221 - $168,735 (including salary $128,551 - $143,611)
