Contract Management Opportunity

A leading Defence Contractor seeks a professional to manage contracts in an exciting working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide commercial advice and develop solutions to achieve stakeholder objectives within a compliance framework.
  • Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements, ensuring all requirements and risks are addressed.
  • Contribute to bid and proposal activities, including preparation of commercial elements and participation in management reviews.
  • Offer interpretation and advice on customer procurement policy, company policy, and contract requirements.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer and supplier interfaces during all phases of contract performance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in commercial management, including contract management, negotiations, and customer engagement.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining positive customer/partner relationships.
  • Ability to influence parties at an operational level to achieve objectives within a compliance framework.
  • NV1 Defence security clearance or about to obtain.
