This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Product Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional product support services to our customers.
Main Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance to front-line support staff, ensuring timely issue resolution and high-quality customer service.
- Evaluate and escalate complex issues to manufacturers when local solutions are ineffective, ensuring seamless problem-solving and minimizing downtime.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base to enable end-users to self-service, promoting independence and reducing support queries.
- Share technical expertise with direct and indirect teams across ANZ, fostering collaboration and driving technical excellence.
- Maintain accurate records of product performance and technician effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
