Geotechnical Engineer Role

This position involves working with a variety of disciplines across the business to deliver geotechnical investigations and interpretation. You will have opportunities to develop your skills in scoping and leading field investigations, as well as interpreting results of insitu and laboratory testing.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate or early career geotechnical engineer with 2-3 years of experience in fieldwork supervision, including strong organisation and report writing skills, a team first mentality, and excellent collaboration skills.

  • Scope and supervise field investigations
  • Interpret results of insitu and laboratory testing
  • Log soils in accordance with AS 1726 Geotechnical Site Investigations
  • Prepare factual and interpretive geotechnical reports
  • Integrate with project teams from various disciplines

As a member of this dynamic team, you will be given on the job training to build autonomy in scoping and leading geotechnical field investigations, while being supported in your development of geotechnical interpretation skills.
