Job Title: Application Technical Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced application technical specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support for COTS and bespoke applications, collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and clients to resolve complex technical issues.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced technical support for applications across various platforms
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement vendor-supplied updates and packages
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in Object Oriented Programming
  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and a desire to learn
  • Strong understanding of application servers, particularly WebLogic and IIS
  • Experience working with Microsoft technology stack (Windows Server 2016 and later)
