About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Team Lead to join our team at 3001 DXC Technology Australia Pty Limited. As a key member of our Data Analytics team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining reporting that assists our business in daily operations and performance tracking.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams and working with stakeholders to deliver high-quality reporting solutions. You will be responsible for creating dashboards for client reporting, exploring and developing process improvements, and managing and developing your staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and maintenance of reporting solutions to support business operations and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for client reporting, including analysis of claims history and process improvements
  • Manage and develop a team of data analysts to deliver high-quality reporting solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and reporting
