Job Description:

We seek a talented and energetic lead for our Data Analytics team to work with our People Leaders in developing and maintaining reporting that assists our business in daily operations and performance tracking. 

DXC has recently entered the NSW Workers’ Compensation scheme. Therefore, this role will include establishing reporting specific to DXC and modifying reports developed by icare. As the business grows, the role will be expected to help streamline or automate processes.

Required skills, experience and qualifications

Working with your team you will create dashboards for client reporting that provides analysis of their claims history and explore and develop process improvements within the team and across the business.

You will help manage and develop your staff and be the subject matter expert across all reporting requirements within the NSW workers compensation scheme.

To be successful in the role you will:

Experience within leading in the NSW worker's compensation scheme

Experience in case management to effectively facilitate outcomes.

Well-developed problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Negotiation and influencing skills.

Knowledge of medical and paramedical terminology and procedures, including the forms of treatment applicable to injuries.

Proven conflict resolution skills and an ability to diffuse potential situations.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Tertiary or relevant qualifications in health/social services are desirable

Ability to work with different IT applications.

Understanding of challenges for individuals.

Excellent communication on both written and verbal 

Well-rounded customer service‎ skills with demonstrated outcomes
