Key Responsibilities:The Conservation Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving our organization's conservation goals. This involves leading cross-functional teams, designing project objectives, and fostering partnerships with government agencies, environmental organizations, and private sector entities.
Main Duties:- Develop and implement strategic programs at the local and national levels to advance our organization's mission.
- Build and facilitate internal networks, coordinating meetings, agendas, and presentations.
- Influence policy initiatives at the international, national, and local levels.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to drive conservation efforts.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree and 4 years of related experience or equivalent combination.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience communicating with business, government, and legislative staff.
- Experience in managing multiple complex projects and ensuring program accountability.
- Strong communications skills, including preparing and presenting project proposals.
