About Us

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic CFD Equity Trader to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting our CFD equity products and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development:
  1. Promote and sell our CFD equity products, focusing on US and Hong Kong stocks.
  2. Build client relationships by leveraging strong sales skills to identify, develop, and maintain a robust client pipeline.
  3. Stay up-to-date on market trends and dynamics in the US and Hong Kong stock markets, conducting in-depth analysis to provide clients with professional insights and trading opportunities.
Client Service:
  1. D deliver outstanding customer service via multiple channels to ensure high client satisfaction.
  2. Provide timely support by responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries, resolving issues related to the CFD trading platform or products efficiently.
  3. Offer market updates and feedback based on US and Hong Kong stock market dynamics, addressing client questions on market movements and trading strategies.
  4. Analyze client feedback on trading experiences and needs to enhance service offerings.
Achievement and Goal Orientation:
  1. Achieve performance targets including sales targets, client satisfaction scores, and activity levels.
  2. Expand knowledge of the CFD industry, our trading platforms, and products to provide informed client support.
  3. Stay informed about popular US and Hong Kong listed companies, industry news, and macroeconomic factors to support sales and client engagement.
  4. Contribute to team and individual performance metrics, driving overall team success.
